Comments: I told the guys working on the garage door that I could only afford to pay $300 to $400. They ended up replacing the Springs, the springs that I had were only 3 years old. Then they ended up replacing all of the rollers. Nothing was wrong with them. They were only 1 years old. Once they were done everything worked fine but the bill was $1,648. Don't ever call this company because they're going to rip you off!!Sanibel FL

Work Description: Conditioning, tune up and re-set
Comments: Very disappointed in the entire process. The gentleman that arrived at our home to complete this work grossly over bid the job, stating that it would take AT LEAST two days, if not three. We were told that in addition to the "tune up" and "conditioning," all four doors would need to be removed, as they were not set properly. We understood this to be a fairly large job that would require equipment to get the doors on and off. These are heavy, large, commercial grade garage doors. After my husband and Roy agreed upon a price, Roy and his partner immediately left for lunch. When they returned, they did get to work, and worked until about 4:00pm (roughly 3 hours). They then informed my husband that they were finished. My husband questioned their original timeline of 2-3 days, and Roy said he was able to get it done fast because he was "good at his job" (complete nonsense). My husband then asked when they were going to take the doors off to reset them and he was told that the doors did not need to come off, he was able to fix them while they were up there. So, when my husband requested that the price be adjusted to match the actual time and labor of the job, he was told that $4,000 was the set price. In addition, just TWO days after the job was supposedly complete, my 9 year old son went to open one of the doors, one of the screws came loose and the whole door almost came down on top of him! These people are a complete rip off! We have called the number, reached out via email and have not heard from anyone.Lehigh Acres FL

Then say the garage door is damaged and makes you wait another month for the install. Customer service is the worst and they do not compensate for any inconveniences.
