Comments: Artisan Painting crew did an amazing job on this project from start to finish. They texted that they were 15 minutes away at the start of the painting project - I appreciated the heads up. The crew did an outstanding prep job. Hand scraping the old weathered existing paint before sanding the surface prior to painting. They used painter's tape around the garage door windows and on hardware not to be painted. The crew worked well together - great communication and division of tasks. Great attention to detail. They color matched the existing paint. Excellent job of housekeeping. Cleaned up as they went along. When they finished the project and left the project site the smell of new paint was the only sign they had been here - no garbage, no paint where it shouldn't be and no dust or old paint chips. Jeff, the Owner, is professional, friendly and takes immense pride in the quality of work. Highly recommend Artisan Painting for their professionalism and quality of work.Medina OH

Comments: I wish I could say I was happy with his work, but owner Jeff failed to remove improperly installed drywall tape from the previous owner and properly repair the cracks beneath. I had pointed out the need for this during the estimate. When everything was painted, he went back and removed the drywall tape, but his patching was hasty and insufficient, because he was already behind on the job. The cracks re-emerged within months. When I texted to mention the guarantee he offers and the issue, he said the guarantee would not be honored because of the pandemic. As if the virus had anything to do with the amateurish work.Cleveland OH

Comments: Rookie mistakes. They use a sprayer to paint, and painted our dryer vent shut. Fortunately it did not result in a house fire. We spent an evening tearing apart our laundry room looking for a lint backup and finally diagnosed the problem. Jeff did not make himself available to remedy the problem, so we had to buy an expensive ladder and climb on the roof to fix it. Be careful. Often there is not much behind all that charm.
