Comments: The person that called me from ARS/Rescue Rooter (supposedly 🤷‍♀️) said that they carried Goodman, Carrier, Payne, Rheem and Bryant. The person that showed up for the estimate stated he represented Home Depot and could only sell me a Rheem. I’m not sure who would actually be selling me a unit and the Home Depot gentleman’s price was higher than my local HVAC company for the same Rheem unit.Leesville SC

Comments: Has nothing to do with the equipment, but the company after installation. I paid thousands for a vapor barrier in the crawl space under the house. That barrier had NUMEROUS holes punched and ripped into the barrier, compromising the barrier. I advised the company and they keep saying they will fix it and make it right. That was weeks ago, now they seem to be ignoring me-
