Comments: I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Arctic Plumbing. I had a gas leak and a plumbing issue. Both were taken care of by Mike and Spencer. BGE said after they turn off the gas, I needed a plumber. And I should have them replace my gas line with a piece of steel. I got two quotes. But only one repeated what BGE said. "I can do this job. Comments: Overpriced for a flapper. The job should not have been $250. The contractor actually asked for $375 and I declined it. After a phone call to a Supervisor, the price was lowered a bit but still very high for a minor issue. The contractor was professional and efficient but still quite expensive for a simple job.Bowie MD

Comments: Had the plumber come out to replace a outside spout with no water he looked around for a possible shut off valve said there was none quoted me for replacing the spout and shutoff valve. After cutting through the pipes tells me my old spout was fine there must be a shut off valve under my sink. Finds the shut off valve at this point they may as well put in the new valve. However still charged me full price for a job where no shut off valve was installed. When i bring it up he then states there was no discussion of putting in a shut off valve even though he bought and installed a shutoff valve access panel in my wall. Expensive lesson to learn never using them again.District Heights MD
