Work Description: Bathroom Remodel
Comments: The work quality is good but took longer than expected to start the project and is is taking longer to perform than expected although we are at fault to some extent because we ordered some parts that were defective. Ed is very willing to work on getting some challenging work figured out and getting it done, though. There is some lack of communication which necessitates my wife contacting the lead project manager but he is available and quick to respond.Fort Worth TX

Work Description: Roof Replace - Asphalt Shingle
Comments: I needed to have my roof replaced due to storm damage, and was getting estimates from several roofing contractors. Ed Brown came to my home and after lengthy conversation, gave me an estimate. We decided to go with his company, decided on a specific shingle color and made an appointment. His crew was scheduled to show up at my house on Tue morning, 19 October at 0730. On that day, I went outside to move our vehicles out of the driveway at about 0705, and the first of his crew was already waiting outside. Ed showed up a couple of minutes later, and the rest of the crew was all present before 0730. Work started shortly after, and he said they should be done by 2 or 3 pm. They were done around noon, and by 1 pm were gone, having cleaned up any mess, including nails and other stuff. I am very pleased with the new roof, and the work done. I would not hesitate to have this company work on my home again.I gave them a 5 star rating because I couldn't give more.
