Comments: Even though we sent a picture of the stuff needed action, the plumber did not know what to expect and didn’t have the correct parts. He had to go somewhere to get the parts. He would normally charge for all time taken including the trip to Lowe’s. I objected saying he should have come prepared for the job using the picture we sent. That took the first 5 minutes of the first 15 minutes. The next 10 minutes was used for him to call his boss to see how to handle the problem. The agreed rate was $100 for the first 15 minutes and $30 for each 15 minutes to fix it. When the plumber got back with the parts, it took him 5 minutes to completely finish. In my mind I owed him $100 for first 15 minutes and at most $30 for the short time it took him to finish or $130. His total was $190, $100 for the service call and $60 for two 15 minute work period and the remainder cost of parts. I told him my calculation but he just repeated his total and stared. I paid his total and he left. All I can say about the service was that it was fixed. I’d never call them again and would never recommend Aqua Plumbing to anyone for any reason.Nokomis FL
