Comments: They exceeded their initial bid of $45K by $15K. They took a very long time to complete the job and when it was done, the roof leaked. They damaged my driveway. They tried numerous ways to correct the leaky roof, but it still leaks. They made multiple promises they didn't keep. I had gotten a bid for the shingled roof of $12K from another company, but chose this one because it sounded reasonable and was for the whole job, including the carport and the lanai. They didn't itemize their bid, however, and actually charged $18K for the roof.

Comments: We called several contractors after hurricane Ian devastated our sweet community. He was on point spotting problems and forwarded his estimate and legal Documents with in a day or so. Our damage was repaired soon after by Mr. Teachout and his team. Honestly he does really good work and cleaned up afterwards. After I walked all around inspecting the work performed I thought it looked better than pre Ian. Many thanks to Aqua Dry Roofing and Restoration.
