Comments: Justin with Appliance Forensics was hired to fix one of four burners on my gas stove that was not lighting. It had been broken for a few years, and finally when I heard about his service we got it scheduled right before New Year. Justin was prompt, responsive by text and his pricing was very fair. He was careful to remove his shoes in our home. He was fast and knowledgeable about the stove top. After a bit of analysis and cleaning, the burner was lightning. He tested it thoroughly before packing up his tools and giving us the "all fixed". We are very happy with the service from Appliance Forensics and will hire them for appliance repair when any other issues arise. Thank you, Justin!

Comments: Made a service appt 10 days ago. Technician confirmed in writing after we talked on the phone that he would arrive in a 10-Noon time window this morning, Dec 28. No call. No Show. Waited all day, asked for a courtesy update. Just nothing, the entire day was wasted waiting...... this review is written as of 3:30 pm Dec 28. Mill Creek resident. I turned down appt offers from 8 other companies after Appliance Forensics NW confirmed with me first and foremost. I give this company a rating of ZERO (0) out of 10!! Perhaps they will realize they were a no call no show and call me to apolgize and attempt to reschedule. I have called and texted them all day. Very frustrating!!
