Work Description: Toilet Repair
Comments: We called sears home service plus and they sent AP Plumbing. After tearing apart the toilet at my mothers home he didn't have all the parts and said he would find the part and be back first thing in the morning to finish the repairs. No call and finally showed up at 6pm the following day. He finished the repairs and after changing the standard $60 the first night he tried to charge $75 the next day even though sears said he was only allowed to charge a fee of $60 once. When I asked what the second fee was for he said it's an extra for all the running around he had to do. I asked him why would she pay twice as she has full home coverage and her deductibles are only $60 per repair he said it's an extra fee that sears knows about. I called sears and they said that he wasn't allowed to take a second amount due to the fact he already charged her the first time and didn't make the proper repairs. Did I mention she is 75 years old and if I hadn't stopped by he would have scammed her. This is a warning to all that this guy is taking advantage of seniors and watch out. We also have turned over everything to the BBB for investigation so he can't do this to anyone else. Be careful everyone.Stillwater MN

Work Description: We had a leak in the copper above our water main last Friday night and needed to get it fixed right away.
Comments: Aleksey Paskar came out in under two hours and completed the job within 45 minutes. He was courteous, responsive, and very good at communicating the problem and what was needed to fix it. His price was very reasonable and we'll definitely be calling him every time we need a plumber. I've already sent his name out to all my facebook friends and have told neighbors about his services. Nice job!-
