Work Description: None. He refused to do the work because it was not going to yield him enough money.
Comments: This technician came from Liberty Home Guard company. He wanted to charge 235.00 to replace a pipe that could have easily been soldered as a repair. When we explained that we didn't want to have a new pipe put in, he became attitudinal . He refused to do the work for us for the Liberty Company and then left abruptly. BEWARE of these two companies that inflate prices to make extra money for themselves. They are completely unconcerned about the customer. DO NOT use either of these companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They scam extra money from the customers!!!!!!!!Stone Mountain GA

Comments: Did a plumbing inspection. Was very courteous and informative, and helped us not make a mistake by repiping our house. We thought we had cast iron plumbing going into the house, which would have needed to be replaced, and cost thousands of dollars. Work Description: Their work was very sloppy. I noticed on my roof the pipe the plumbing pipe actually goes protruding through their shingles through top of the roof and into my attic. They are very unprofessional and I will never use them again.
Comments: In the future I will suggest for you to get them off your list so call Professional people to do projects now I have to hire another plumber to come and fix the hole that they put in the roof with the pipe sticking out

Comments: Called almost immediately and was here within hour to check problem and gave me price. Got the equipment needed and returned just a reasonable time later and fixed the problem. Overall pleased I submitted work info that morning and before the afternoon was over it was fixed.
