At 10:30 I call and am told that once again the guy is out sick. Again, why am I calling you? I was told that someone would have called me by noon. I explain we own our business and lost 2 mornings because no one on their end can make a simple call. They explain the man has epilepsy and is low on meds and doesn't want to risk being in the heat. We were given a "day rate" and half the crew showed up at 12:30pm, the other half at 1:30pm and they left about 5pm (4 1/2 days is a "full" day?). Guys were very nice, but found out next day they dumped a few of the trees down a ravine on side of our property. I've been trying for 2 months (6-8 calls) to have them come back to chip up/take away, but no luck. "Joe" said I'd need to pay for them to come back (I already paid for a "full day" and I think they should have come back to finish the job.)
