Work Description: Changed modem location by running cable though attic installing cable outlet.
Comments: He had poor communication about arrival time. Work was unprofessional. Made a mistake drill a ole from outside to attic. The first hole went though and damaged Sheetrock inside garage. He patched hole with white caulking on the outside and really looks bad. Inside he cut two holes in wall to install one outlet. Will have to hire a Sheetrock professional to make repairs. He didn't have e poor tool o clean ups mess. I hate being critical but I think he is inexperienced and needs more training. The charge was too high for the. Also they say they go all over Atlanta, they should limit the distance because of traffic. I feel that was the reason he charged too much. I have had good with with thumbtack in the past and I am very disappointed this time .Atlanta GA
