Comments: I hired this company to scrape and paint the exterior trim on a single story house. When I inspected the job after they said they were done, I found little to no scraping had been done they just applied new paint over the old stuff and even painted glass windows since they felt they could. I refused to pay them until they did the job as specified and the owner Tomas threatened to put a lien on the house and to sue me. After a couple of hours the owner Tomas contacted me asking for a chance to correct the problems which I agreed to. On the inspection after the 2nd time the scraping was still very minimal but I just wanted them out of my hair so paid a reduced amount and will take appropriate legal action against the Owner and the company. I would highly suggest avoiding this company unless you don't care about the quality of the work you are paying for.-
