Description Of Work: Repaired flashing in two areas of my roof which leaked.
Member Comments: I'm genuinely pleased with every part of my experience with Bill & Jose.
When no other roofer that said they were 24 hours actually took my call Saturday night, Bill and Jose did. I had water coming in from two different areas and wanted to get someone out as soon as possible.
Bill picked the phone up Saturday evening and got me in touch with Jose (his installer/technician right away). came over on Sunday to perform an estimate and gave me a fair price from go with absolutely zero pressure. Knowing that we had another round of storms coming Monday, they got me on the schedule first thing Monday morning and showed up exactly on time and finished the job efficiently.
I appreciate that Jose took pictures of the damage prior to repairing and again of the work once complete. Having some leftover supplies, he corrected a minor repair that was done by handyman which was definitely one of the small things that makes a big difference to me.
This is who you should go to in Orlando when your roof needs repairs quickly, done well and at a fair price.
