Work Description: ductless mini 3 split ac installation in house

Comments: We hired them, they did there job but we are not tottally satisfied. because they took longtime (3 weeks) to finish it. they came to work every 3/4 days leter after calling several time. I paid them they did not give me any receipt yet. Main part is AC is not working. I called them 100 times and they finally came yesterday and said every thing is ok ac working. but still not working. I text him, he answered me learn how to use or shut up. We are tottally upset with his bad behavior. we are trying to get help from some where else.
This is absolutely false and unjustified. Upon our arrival his first question was if we were muslims, what is not part of this business. They purchased their equipment without the necessary accessories and claimed to not have money for pipes and control wires even they negotiated only labor cost. All units were left running with discharge air temperature of 64 degree F. They declined to pay for the line sets, the control wires , the condensate drain pump and the incompleted power supply work by their electric contractor. When we completed the job, the owner claimed that the electrical contractor has changed his number and there was no reach of him to provide the power. When they made the first service call, we found all units set on heating mode while outdoor temp was 87 Degree . We reset the units to cooling and ask them to read the owner's booklet to learn how to operate the units. The wife had a very nasty attitude as it is within female dominated societies and we didn't want to get involved with a such situation. They have acted unfairly thru the whole process what could have lead the previous contractor to abandon the job. This review is just evil oriented as a result of total disrespect. They didn't want to pay taxes either not knowing they are in America.
