Comments: My A/C went out on a Friday night at 8:00PM. It was one of our hot days as the high temperature was about 100 degrees. I Googled A/C repairs on Saturday morning starting at 8:00AM. I was getting all of these appointment times to be filled in about a week. I found American Equinox, they immediately called me and said that their service person Adrian would be at our home between 10 and 12. Adrian arrived about 10:15 and he got started. He was doing all of these tests and explaining them to me. I could probably get a job as an assistant repairman with how well he showed me these procedures. Adrian replaced a couple of parts and had to replace the freon (which was not EPA approved anymore as my A/C was 25 years old). I really enjoyed talking with Adrian and when he was leaving, I ask where's my bill? He said that they would e-mail it to me. Not many companies are that trusting. Usually, they ask up front how you are paying and get it before they leave. I got the bill 2 days later which I thought was a fair amount and I immediately paid it.
