Work Description: Periodic clogging problems with the garbage disposal unit.
Comments: Robert Yanes called me minutes after I inquired on your website. He gave me an estimate over the phone and we made an appointment. The 3 man crew was on time. They went up on the roof and snaked the kitchen line a full 100 feet. I watched as the tech found the clog and 'busted' it. Robert offered to do the same on all my other breather tubes but I declined and there was no pressure. The bill was for the agreed amount. Robert advised me to run water through the kitchen sink for a while to make sure the debris exited to the sewers. He called the next day to make sure everything was working well. AND, he gave me three invaluable suggestion to avoid future drain problems: Every month, after dinner, pour 1 gallon of bleach down the drain and don't run water until next morning. Also, to periodically run hot water for 3 - 5 minutes. And finally, to throw some ice cubes into the disposal unit followed by some lemon skins and let the unit run until it grinds it all. It keeps the disposal smelling fresh!!!Miami FL
