Comments: Fernando and his crew were simply God sent. The quality of their work was superb and the service was simply outstanding. It all started when I initially contracted Fernando Amador for painting an outdoor pergola and soon after I realized that he and his crew were skilled at doing a variety of work. There was a quick renovation project I needed done for the sale of my home. They installed seamless sheet rock and baseboards; beautifully installed bathroom cabinetry including the plumbing, granite countertop and mirrors; installed unruffled, smooth carpet; replaced and perfectly matched 30+ doors damaged from our family's pet; painted interior and exterior walls of our house to look pristine. Our timeline was aggressive, however Fernando and his crew worked long hours to meet our deadlines and commitment to the buyer. They even worked on the evening of December 23- which is absolutely above and beyond. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, commitment, and quality of work. Any time there was a problem, Fernando and his team were quick to let me know about it and the potential solutions. They even fixed problems that the initial builder of my home created. Everything that Fernando and his team touched looked like it had been there since the home was built. The quality was incredible. I will be forever grateful to them- they made our timeline and dreams come true. It is a pity that I'm moving from the Houston area because I finally found a contractor and team that I can trust. Work Description: Wooden privacy fence
Comments: My wife and I are very pleased with our new backyard fence. Fernando picked out good material and carefully removed the debris that had been our old fence that Beryl blew down and constructed a beautiful new fence for us. The posts were set in concrete at a depth of 30 inches. Everything is put together using screws and it is perfectly straight. His crew ( Nixo and Fernando) worked tirelessly in extreme heat and did a great job! We appreciate their diligence and I can recommend these guys to anyone. Work Description: Not bad!
Comments: Fernando Amador gave the box which I thought was for the entire room celling. The original box of $1780.00 ended up being to replace two pieces of sheet rock.to replace the insulation that fell after opening the small portion was another $250.00 bringing the total to$2030.00. The paint he used didn't match the rest of the celling do another $180.00 to paint the entire celling. I'll have to live with the paint on the wood from but I'm glad it's over. Thanks!-
