Comments: We made an appointment to meet at 9 AM on Friday. Ruben called at 8:30 saying that they ran into her problem with the sprinkler system and I would not be able to make it until 10 AM. At 11:45 AM having not heard from him, I decided to release him from any further obligation to come to my house and give me an estimate. I told him just don’t bother to come.-
