Comments: if you go look at Google reviews you will see the owner or manager of the st cloud office is very Nasty immature liar. The man named randy Crowe is makin g up lies about what occurred in my home. The pump wasn't clogged several witnesses..no invoice for work done.
Came 1 time didn't fix anything left and had to come back fixed pump that was broke and now lie after lie
The owner is a sarcastic nasty immature person. Very childish. Act like a man not a kid. I do not have 11 cats at home..he can blame that it's all good I won't ever deal w this company ever again.

Work Description: Flushed drain; adjusted pvc; cleaned coil; adjusted float switch; went above & beyond answering EVERY question asked, even those regarding HVAC in general, when they were not specifically related to the job he was there dot perform.

Comments: Paul was BY FAR one of the BEST service techs for any industry/service I have encountered in very long time. He not only answered all of my questions, but explained step by step what he was doing, as well as the reasoning behind each of these different parts of the overall job. He went on to repeat and spell out the names of items/products so that I could take meticulous notes. I am the type of person who likes to take detailed notes of what is being done to keep for future reference, my own knowledge, etc. Some techs became agitated very quickly by my behavior in this regard, at times, I suspect because they are worried that there will then be a record of them cutting corners, doing certain things incorrectly, etc. Paul was the complete opposite. He even went so far as to give me a myriad of advice (some that I solicited and some simply out of the goodness of his heart), including the type of filters that would work best with our system, which ones weren't worth it for anyone other than those with health conditions that required such, Additionally, Paul let me go outside with him to show me how to properly clean the drains with a shop vac and the correct way to replace the pieces of pvc extensions so that the water would not only drain properly, but would also be prevented from draining too close to the foundation of house, which, he explained, could cause a host of new problems. Overall, Paul was an amazing person, as well as an exemplary service tech. I would hire and recommend him again in a heartbeat. Especially for those, such as myself, who have some interest in DIY (or at least the type of DIY that simply covers the regular maintenance around the house to prevent big problems from arising out of what could have easily been taken care of when they were tiny problems, or even better yet, before any issue was even present), Paul is the tech you not only want, But NEED to be sent to perform the service for any/all of your HVAC needs. His demeanor and personality is that of the era where companies actually cared about customer service and it shows in the way he carries himself, treats his customers,and performs his craft. The final, and in my book, most impressive part of my experience was after Paul had already left - I contacted him about an hour later with a fairly simple HVAC related question, and he did not hesitate whatsoever to answer me immediately, but even provided a thoughtful explanation as well. He was under no obligation to interact with me any more at this point, as his job at my residence was well beyond done. But this act, as much, if not more than any of the others while he was physically present, show the type of man he is, and that he is not only truly committeed to his craft, but he is committed to providing excellent customer service as a truly good person - the epitome of treating others as you would want to be treated!

Work Description: Thoroughly cleaned coils, adjusted float and tightened part recently installed by another company who carelessly installed part creating this unfortunate scenario.

Comments: After being told by another company who had carelessly installed parts that created a 94 degree temperature in my house that they couldnt come out til Monday, Paul from All Temp was here within 45 minutes...He was pleasant and worked tirelessly on my system for 2 hours...he was determined to get it right and charged me a very fair price...I cant thank Paul and All Temp enough...will highly reccommend him and All Temp to all of my friends and I have a bunch of them! Comments: We were exceedingly satisfied with the work done by the company.

Paul went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very patient with us and walked us through all the processes involved in working with the A/C system. He helped us with myriad things around the apartment and when he found an issue that involved the water heater in the apartment above us, he called the home owner association for us and sorted the whole thing out for us. He was very helpful and had a good sense of humor which made interacting with him a genuine pleasure.

The office manager Cindy was also very nice.

Work Description: Terry checked all to see what the problem was with our 18 yr old air co! Cleaned out the water lines, etc. IT is still working! :) He answered any questions I had and very helpful. To come so quickly on a weekend was a blessing and do so appreciate they were available.

Comments: I did ask for an estimate for a new unit which came in the email, my neighbor told me that All Temp's cost were very good. He paid more for the same unit being quoted. He was with another company.

Work Description: Phone call regarding possible coil replacement.

Comments: Paul called me to find out what the problem with my a/c was. I explained how another company had been here & gave me an estimate to replace the coil. He was suspicious & called Maytag for me & found out that if the coil did indeed need replaced that it was under warranty. He then spoke to me for at least 45 min. about the possible problem and came to the conclusion that nothing was wrong & the coil didn't need replaced. He could have come to my house & bid the job at a slightly lower price, but he didn't!!! I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and HONESTY!!!! If in the future I do have any a/c problems, I will DEFINITELY be calling Alltemp A/C!! Thank you Paul for all your help and especially your honesty!!!
