Comments: James and Matt have gone above and beyond working to solve the rat problem. Very thorough, courteous, professional, but most of all compassionate. These pests are in my house! They plugged all possible entries set numerous traps and came back at 8:00 pm to remove a trapped rat because they didn’t want to leave it till the next day. I highly recommend Allguard Pest Control. They were punctual in coming at the scheduled time.
They were accommodating re: coming the same day I called. The man who came was professional and courteous.
They had asked if I wanted a monthly service. I explained I might. I almost decided to have them but after seeing that they did not even return my phone call; I will not use them again.
