Comments: Charged me $200 more than quoted for no good reason

Hello Jan, I'm sorry that you feel we overcharged your business. We did in fact give tentative pricing over the phone when asked for quote based on what you informed us needed to be done. However, upon arrival we found issues with the unit in question, specifically that there was no power running to it, so prior to beginning the work our technician did advise that it would more than likely exceed the sight unseen quote, due to additional steps that needed to take place to perform the requested service, and he was given approval to continue. Again, our apologies that you feel this way but we always try our best to communicate with our customers as much as possible beginning with the office staff all the way to the field technicians. Work Description: All Weather heating was hired to replace a 15 year-old AC unit and an 18 year-old furnace. The furnace is located in the attic.

Comments: I can't say enough good things about the two techs who installed my new HVAC system. They worked under terrible conditions as the temperature the 2-1/2 days they were here registered over 90. The attic temp had to be around 110.
In spite of that they were terrific. They kept me informed of the progress, what they were doing and why, and when finished walked me through the set-up for the new thermostat - which is unlike any unit I've ever used - and the operation of the system as a whole.
Ray and his staff at All Weather were equally great. I would highly recommend this company. True professionals in every regard.
