Comments: Provided help with adding 2 new electrical outlets for living room and assisted with relocating electrical lines that inside of a wall separating living room and dinning room, that wall was removed and All-Star relocated the line behind another wall to provide a seemless and clean look with a new floor design.Excellent work done, were very helpful in assisting with making sure the work was done properly and very accomodating with how the work was done in making sure it worked with our new floor plan. They operated very efficiently and always were on time for appointments. Would definitely use them again and refer them to another in need of electrical work.

Comments: They fixed a partial power outage that I had by replacing a bad circuit breaker and a bad GFCII was very pleased with the service. I called them about 4:00 on a Friday evening and they were at my property before 5:30, other companies told me that I had to wait several days before a technician could come to my place. When the technician arrived he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within about a half hour.
I was very impressed with how soon they responded to my call and how helpful Gino the technician was. He explained everything he was doing to my service and gave me some basic tips on maintaining the electrical service.

Work Description: I had a estimate done so I thought on my electric in my home I knew it needed to be upgraded so they put in a new box
Comments: the day of the estimate I hired Star electric they told me the problem was the box needed to be upgraded.but they over looked the box outside so the next day I was in a worse situation than I was before they did the upgrade. The following day not even 24 hours later the worker made excuses about how he had to finish another job so it would be awhile until someone looked at it. then when they did come out all of a sudden I needed something else done to the box outside I asked why wasn't this done along with the box he said "I overlooked it" so now it dark when he comes back so I'm still in the dark until the third day. on top of that I had to pay more money to fix a problem they over looked. My house was left really dirty this worker I hope they replace him.I'm sorry I won't hire Star Electrical services again.Jamison PA

Comments: I asked All-Star Electrical Services to do a number of sizable jobs around my new home, and I could not be happier with their service, quality, professionalism, and value.The two projects were mounting a large television and rewiring my home theater components to get the wiring out of view, including a 5.1 audio system with hidden speaker wires for the surrounds. It was a large job, requiring about 24 person-hours to complete. By the time they were done, the television was mounted and the home theater set up was complete and operational. I also asked them to install a number of high hats in three rooms, install a ceiling fan, and redo some wiring around the house.
Each phase of the operation was done with professionalism and quality. Everyone was polite and kind, and they met or exceeded my expectations. To give one example, at one point we noticed that one speaker was slightly off-center, and Erjon took the time to adjust it literally a matter of about an inch. It is clear that their goal is for the customer to be completely satisfied.
The cost was exactly what they had initially estimated, and they finished in less time than they promised. I consider their prices to be very reasonable given the amount of work that the size of the job.
Not only would I use All-Star again, I don't think I would consider using anyone else when my needs in this area arise. They have my recommendation without reservations.

Comments: They responded to my email inquiry within 1 minute. Although the website claims to offer free estimates, I was told on the phone it would be $25 to come out. They made an appointment convientient for me, came out on time and the service technician was very polite, immediately introduced himself and had a uniform on. However, once he got there, he waived the $25, and quoted $182 just to trouble shoot. We were not experiencing any issues, but were following up on a tip from a neighbor who did not think our wiring was set up correctly out by our pool. For peace of mind, I agreed. But I wish I had been told up front it would be that expensive to trouble shoot. He wound up giving me 10% off, so the total bill was "only" $164. And the best news he did not find anything wrong with our set up, except a white wire that should have been a red wire. But he took me back and explained everything to me in detail, showing me exactly what he reviewed. I felt like he was honest and I would definitely call them again if I experience any electrical issue. Just now I'll know there's no free estimate (I think they should take that off their website) it'll be more than $25 service call they tell you about on the phone (I think they should just be honest about how much it costs to troubleshoot an issue when they make the appointment.) I debated putting 3 or 4 stars here, but since I can't put a half star, and I would call them again, I put 4 stars. Especially since they did not find anything really wrong, I feel like I can trust them.Oreland PA

Comments: Erjon came right out and corrected the wiring for my ceiling fan. The price was reasonable and he is very helpful and friendly. About two weeks after the switch was installed, we had an issue with the switch not working due to a defect (not the installation). Erjon came out that day and fixed it at no charge. I would highly recommend All-star for electrical work.
