Work Description: Hung owner owned Christmas lights on house
Comments: Esau appeared to be professional and genuine about wanting to grow his business by adding outdoor illumination for Christmas. Even though he was more expensive than what we wanted to pay, we hired him. He and 2 others did a good job hanging lights on house and 1 tree, however when they did the second tree, they wrapped lights around a nearby oak tree When contacted about correcting this, Esau stated he would be out within a few days. We never heard from him again except for wanting pictures of the house. Our contract is also for removal of lights. Unfortunately this company has not proven to be professional about following through with commitment so we will not be using their services again. I do not recommend them.Ashburn VA
