Comments: Amazing master plumber/boiler installer! My boiler cracked and was leaking water everywhere I called many plumbers and got high price quotes. All phase came out right away and gave me a fair quote. They came the next day and installed a brand new Q3 Slant Fin boiler and now my house is nice and toasty! Thank you Peter Palumbo I can now sleep at night knowing my pipes won’t freeze.Riverside RI

Comments: Not a great experience when you have to repeatedly contact provider to remove the old boiler off the premises a month later and it is still not scheduled or completed. They did not remove nor arrange for the old boiler to be removed from the job site after the new one was installed even though it was included in the job price. This is very disappointing especially since they were paid in full immediately after new one was installed. This is why could not give a better rating. Its disppointing and would prevent me giving referrals. To me the job is not completed and I am left with having to find someone to complete it and pay an additional fee. Comments: Extremely bad! they schedule 3 times so far, never show up, blame sme Lori/Maureen, who suppose to be their customer service. this work suppose to be divided in two part. they PLED me to give them money, promising to finish " tomorrow'it take full month with almost everyday call to remove old furnace, and now, 3.5 month later, they didn't even finish first part, let along second.. customer service is awful. they will lie to you, blame each other and nothing will be done, even simplest things, as replay to you e- mail.Chepachet RI

Work Description: Had them come out to look at my AC.They showed up and looked at it was told by the repair man he thought it was the capacitor .He was going to get it the next day and return to put it in .I told the guy that if i could get out of work i would call him.I could not get early talked to him at 3pm told him i would not be home till 4 he said ok .I got home right at 4 and he was not here so I waited aroud 6 i tried to calll him to see if he was still coming no answer text him nothing called the office and left message thinking they would call me back last night or at least would receive a call today but nothing . I know that people get busy but it takes 2 seaconds to call and say I can not make it today .I would have had no problem with that .I think this company is a joke .I would never use them again or tell anyone to use them

Comments: So far good. Minor complaints by my daughter ( I am father and hired Peter) about oil left on basement floor, oil smell and oil fingerprints here and there. I'm not there to verify and will mention to Peter when he returns my call.Apparently Peter needs replacement parts for steam radiators because all but one not working yet. Test of good contractor is prompt completion of job. Waiting to see if that happens.
