Work Description: Water Heater Inspection
Comments: 15MAR2024: All Express was sent by Fidelity on a home warranty work order to inspect a leaking water heater. This heater had already been examined by another plumber and found that there was likely a slow/intermittent leak due to corrosion on the tank exterior. The All Express plumber stated that they could not even touch the heater since it was not actively leaking large amounts of water. When asked directly, they would not explain what might cause the corrosion on the tank. They just kept repeating warranty rules that were not relevant to the question. I assume this refusal was to avoid admitting it might indeed be a slow leak and thus increasing Fidelity's liability. I can only conclude All Express is not really in the plumbing business, but more interested in helping warranty companies with cost avoidance. While it may be challenging to avoid them if you have no choice in a home warranty situation, I would caution normal customers against them due to this anti-customer attitide.Arlington TX

Comments: **DO NOT USE** The least responsive and unreliable company I've ever dealt with. Our water heater has been broken for a week now with no hot water and the only service we've been getting is no communication and the bs run around. They completely failed to show up this morning for the repair that was scheduled without any communication whatsoever. I've called the owner six times and he didn't pick up or call back. This company is a complete joke and clearly the owner has no idea how to run a business or treat people.Oceanside CA
