Comments: Ali was an extremely polite man who did not take my opinions into consideration when ordering a replacement fixture for the bathroom of a rental apartment. He did not call me to verify the size of the current fixture or whether a LED fixture without light bulbs was what we wanted. He kept referring to the age of the wiring as the reason for his fee but the wiring was not as old as he indicated which was based on my telling him the age of the house. We were looking for an electrician to rewire the entire house but based on my experience with NYC we will not utilize this company again.Saint Albans NY
