Work Description: External A/C unit pipe keeps freezing and not cooling home
Comments: Diagnosis was thermostat needed to be replaced and we were charged $625 for a standard thermostat and labor.2 months later pipe continues to freeze and we left multiple messages but no response and we're still within the year warranty guarantee. We need to be made whole.
