Comments: They came by, diagnose the problem and said they would need to buy a part and come back tomorrow to install it. They asked me to advance them $80 for the part. I said I would pay them for the part after they installed it. They agreed and said they would come back tomorrow at 1pm. The next day they did not show up. When I called them Anthony answered and when I asked him whether he was on his way over he asked me which address this was for. When I told him, he said “let me call you right back” and hung up. He never called back and didn’t answer my calls after that. I never heard from them again. Bad experience.Brooklyn NY

Comments: Paid $50 in cash in good faith. The repairman came in 20 minutes.. checked the small fridge and told me he'd be back next day to repair. He quoted $125 so the balance was $75. He handed me a receipt. I have spend the last 4 days chasing him. Now he doesn't answer the phone - 347-707-5423 ,you cannot leave a voicemail, and the 718 on the receipt is disconneted. BE CAREFUL. Seems it is a bogus business apparently operating under a false name, who knows what else. They are based in Queens, NY according to the address on the receipt. Comments: These guys came over to my house to fix my washing machine (E18). They didn’t want to wear their masks. They were supposed to show me the problem, but they didn’t. They had told me if it was the drain pump, they would replace it as they had brought a new one, but if it was something else, they would need to first buy it. They opened the machine while I was working at my desk, and called me to say they had changed the pump, and run a complete short wash cycle. They didn’t show me the faulty pump. Neither did they show me the purchase box for the new pump, so I had no idea if indeed they had replaced the pump with a new one, which they claimed to have cost $200. They showed me a pump they claimed was my old pump. After researching online, I asked them to send me a purchase receipt, as I didn’t believe they had spent $200 on the pump. They never did. A day later, my fiancée sent me a message saying that the machine had returned the same error, E18. I called and send many messages, but they were not responding. I contacted the agency that had sent them over (Networx.com) to complain. Only after Networx contacted them did the guy reach out to claim he thought the entire drain pump housing needed to be replaced, and offered to come back. Obviously, he doesn’t know if this is the problem, or he would have noticed this the same day he changed the pump. I was away, so I asked him to come over once I’m back in the city. He promised to come on Wednesday but didn’t. I’ve been asking them to reimburse the money I paid so I can hire another contractor, but I’m getting no response.
