Work Description: Refacing Kitchen / New countertops
Comments: I am currently working with Alfredo and I had high hopes for the services I was to be receiving. I started with Alfredo in mid-June with an estimated timeline having my kitchen finished by mid-July. Now I can understand delays happen, but we are now in the middle of August and he has only stepped foot in my home once in the past 6 weeks and that was to drop off the new doors for the cabinets. He as already been paid over $7K for services so far and I am extremely frustrated with his lack of communication and commitment to a job. He has been stating he would be in my house to finish the job for the past 3 weeks and all of a sudden there was an "issue" that is causing yet another delay. If you are looking for kitchen refacing services I would avoid this man at all cost.Tampa FL

Work Description: Restraining of Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets
Comments: Alfredo had great reviews so we called him and his sparkling personality and attention to detail had us set with high expectations. He did not disappoint.Our cabinets installed in 2013 did not have a sealing coat so had multiple runs where water had set in and removed the stain and were also badly scratched and in some cases were worn from my wife’s wheelchair rubbing up against them. I had avoided doing this for many years but now it was clear it needed to be done.
He removed the cabinet doors and took them to his shop, then refinished the frames . The color was a perfect match and the cabinets once installed looked even better than what we had ( we noted we liked to see more of the grain of the wood). The cabinets were perfectly smooth and no issue with water ( which he demonstrated for us). He covered virtually every other piece of furniture in the room while spraying and opened doors to get a cross breeze to assure the smell wasn't overwhelming.
In the bathroom my wife had fallen and destroyed one of the doors ( under her sink) which we could not find a replacement for so he suggested that he install two large drawers in the piece next to the tub and use those two doors under my wife’s sink. This was a great solution! My wife loved the two deep drawers for storage of many things and the doors swapped from this piece matched perfectly . Plus the new drawers also matched as well. A lot of work of their part and well worth the cost, I would highly recommend Alfredo for any of your cabinet resurfacing needs!
During the process and removal of the items from all your cabinets ( we bought and returned large plastic containers to house our items) the house looked like a war zone but have faith and it all comes back together better than before. My wife will post pictures. Our cabinets are cherry and have never looked better , our color a type of expresso as well.

Comments: Not a man of his word from the beginning. Took our cabinet doors and drawers February 26 and was to have returned March 6. It’s April 4 and still can’t get a commitment when my kitchen will be complete. Living without doors and draws on my kitchen a month over due date and the man just keeps putting us off. Two weeks ago he said he had 4 full time workers on our job. Today, went to his shop and only he is there, and cabinets are still not finished. Next step, finding a lawyer. The man lies, but he’s a good businessman for himself. He has 3/4 of our money. We’re screwed!Dade City FL
