Comments: Ale was super nice, very well on time, very punctual,He has a smiling , friendly demeanor and did the work perfectly . He has the experience and knew what exactly to do. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He is a pro and did the job easily and without hesitation going step by step. The net effect was a gorgeous mailbox screwed on the post with a wooden piece He cut to size. He was friendly talking but still focused and completed job in 15 minutes. Sweet and nice young man. Thank you Alex for communicating well with me before , while and after the job well done. I recommend you to all the people in the local areas and far. I also showed Alex few other jobs that needed to be done in the house and he gave me great quotes on all, as well as packaged quotes.Alex knows all handy work even deck work and power washing. I will use him for future services. Thankyou for setting up my beautiful mailbox.

Work Description: Screen door repair/screen replacement/ kitchen sink leak
Comments: Alex called at 9am on the day I listed with Networx. He said he’d be out in an hour and arrived exactly one hour later. After looking at the screens he said he would send me an estimate later that day. He did. We agreed to the work. He and his partner (cousin) -sorry I never got his name- retuned later, disassembled the screen door frame and took it and the additional screens away to repair and replace. They returned the next day and installed the repaired door frame and screens. Prior to their arrival I discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. I scheduled a visit with a plumber for the next day. I jokingly asked Alex if he did plumbing repairs. He said yes and determined it was a leak in the top seal ring of the garbage disposal. I canceled the plumber and the next day Alex repaired it. My confidence in his trustworthiness was such that I left him on his own to do the work so that I could leave for an appointment. They did excellent work. Comments: Alex called immediately and came out the same day to do a quote. We agreed on a work time that week. The day of he was 40 minutes past due and I texted and called. He finally responded that he had car trouble. I expressed concern that he was ok and asked if we should reschedule. He did not reply. I checked in again and he said he was at the mechanic and would call me in a minute. Over the next hour he did not call nor reply to a text simply asking him to confirm that we should reschedule or of he was still coming. I missed half a day of work. He never followed up and while I hope his car is ok, I also didn't believe him that there was car trouble. All he had to do was say yes, let's reschedule or no, I will be there in a few hours or whatever. I finally got so frustrated that I texted him that we would find someone else.Medway MA

Work Description: Trim and gutter damage/repair.
Comments: Showed up as scheduled for the estimate. The estimate was reasonable and I hired him. He cancelled the first appointment to do the work. Re-scheduled for a second try. He was a no call no show after I took the day off from work to be home while the repair was being done. I sent him a text a few days later to inquire about why he hadn't shown up. He replied that he was sick. Illness happens but there isn't any excuse for a no call no show.-
