Comments: We were very happy with this contractor. He was the only one of numerous contractors to actually gave me the full deal. He replaced my whole system,to include new outside unit with upgraded electrical, upgraded all the duct work, the monster in the attic, which nobody previously wanted to do anything with, except work and jerryrig to make things work, with a band-aid. This unit was original to the house (36 years) I got the real deal, with a lot of service, and I believe this will be such an awesome system, and make my home so much more comfortable, I want to say a big thank you to Pedro and his crew. They were the best. I would not hesitate to use this contractor again. I believe he was the most honest contractor to ever come to my home and give me a proper quote for the work needed. Comments: I want to make a good review on TWO very reliable and HONEST companies, both in No. San Diego County … 'AirTime' Heating & Air and Thompson's Heating & Air.Before I met the representatives of the two companies mentioned above, I was told by a furnace technician (of a large San Diego Heating & Air Company) that I needed a furnace 'part' which costs $419 and he charged me $67 for the service call. I called another company for a second opinion, and that technician told me I needed a new furnace. I signed up with Networx and AirTime Heating was the first to respond (within a few minutes). When the salesperson came out from AirTime and checked my furnace, he told me I did not need a new furnace … that my furnace was a 2012 - 90+ efficiency & he would send Pedro, the owner. Now, that's a very honest company because I was ready to buy a new furnace. Meanwhile, before Pedro arrived, Garett, owner of Thompson's Heating and Air came out [because I had agreed to pay another service charge] and he checked everything on my furnace, cleaned the spark igniter & cleaned the flame sensors & DONE, within the one hour! My furnace has run perfectly ever since and it saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars … all because the owners, sales people and the technicians at AirTime & Thompson's Heating & Plumbing are HONEST & CAPABLE people. I am a senior citizen who knew nothing about furnaces; so, I am grateful for organizations like Networx and I strongly suggest to anyone living in San Diego who has a furnace heating problem (and wants to have peace of mind) to FIRST call either Thompson's or AirTime Heating (both in Oceanside) to get an honest evaluation and solve their problem in the quickest, least expensive amount of time.

Comments: This is the first time any such network as yours has referred me to an actual qualified professional.I count myself fortunate that Pedro Espinoza, owner of AirTime, responded to my request for a specific issue to my heating needs. Not only did he properly diagnose my furnace's issue (misdiagnosed by SDGE, I might add), he also correctly diagnosed my A/C's issue and saved me thousands of dollars in replacement (I was told by another "professional" that the compressor was dead) by replacing a capacitor. A CAPACITOR!
Honest, knowledgeable and a true Service Provider is what we all ask for and rarely receive. Well, I received it and I will always use and recommend AirTime for my heating and air needs. And did I mention that Pedro Espinoza responded on New Year's Day? He did and was at the distributor the next (working) day to get the bracket I needed to get the furnace to finally, after a month, to work!
Thank you AirTime and its owner Pedro Espinoza for a job done with skill and pride. I appreciate that more than you can know.
