My mother needed new ductwork and an HVAC unit and I am very pleased with the job they have done. My mother also needed a dehumidifier because of the excess moisture under the house. They installed it and it is working great. The crawlspace is very dry now and every problem that has been detected has been resolved. Everything is working great now and is supplying the benefits that we expected and was told by Aire Serv of Sumter. Comments: Possibly the best customer service I've ever received. Our air-conditioning went out and Patrick came out and checked the system. We needed a new system which is of course not great news but Patrick ran through the option explained the packages in detail so we were able to pick what was best for us. Financing took only a few mins and we were set l. They came back the next morning and Patrick and Neil stayed until 9 pm making sure everything was was set up perfectly. Insisting that they didn't want to leave until everything was finished so that we wouldn't have to have another night without ac. We were very happy with the job they did. The next day (Saturday) we noticed that it was a little warmer then we had it set to (it was 97 degrees outside) so patrick and Neil came back within 30 of me calling. It was Patrick's weekend off but he came anyways saying he felt bad it wasn't already completely set up right. They stayed for a few hours rechecking everything and making a few adjustments. When they left they told us they would be checking in to make sure everything ran smoothly. When the county came to check the system Patrick was there was there and checked the system again. Everything is running great and when we replace our second system we will definitely be giving these guys a call. These guys are amazing and will do an amazing job.Sumter SC
