Work Description: Heating furnace repair
Comments: Nice people and respectful, but be through when you describe repair problems and ask about additional costs as I was quoted one price to clean my furnace and then it tripled by the time it was repaired with no extra parts needed. They also had to come back 3 times to get it right and then changed me for a third service call in which I felt was unnecessary because all they did was make an adjustment on the furnace. Don’t expect them to return calls in a timely matter as there 15 return phone call turned into several days!…All in all I felt it was unfair they charged me to make the adjustment as it probably needed to be done after the initial repairs were performed!-
