Comments: Don’t bother calling this company. They set up the first appointment with a contractor hundreds of miles away. The new family assign to do a contractor in my area. He showed up went up in the attic and inspected the job gave me a quote I excepted it. The day came to do the work he was a no-show. So I called the company and they said oh we don’t do dryer vents. They had canceled my order without even calling me.

Comments: The techs Pablo and Luis acted professional. They were nice and pleasant to talk to. Pablo explained the process of duct cleaning in an understandable manner. They recommended other services, but did not sound to salesy or pushy. They explained what is necessary to be done now and what can be done in the future..
