Comments: HAD THREE VISITS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WITH NO AIRCONDITIONING WORKING FOR MORE THAN FIVE DAYS. THEY HAD COLLECTED MORE THAN $1200 DOLLARS AND WAS ASKING FOR ANOTHER $700 FOR PARTS WITH NO GUARANTEE THAT CONDITIONER WOULD WORK. SEEMS
THEY PRACTICE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY.
I THEN CALLED AIR-PROS MONDAY. SPOKE WITH TWO GUYS TUES. MORNING WHO EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS. BY THE AFTERNOON TWO MORE GUYS CAME AND BY 7PM SAME DAY I HAD AIRCONDITIONING. I HAD DECIDED ON NEW UNIT WITH GREAT FINANCING OPTIONS. THE YOUNG MEN I DEALT WITH WERE PROMP,COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEBLE. WED MORNING
ANOTHER GUY ARRIVED AND CLEANED THE AIR DUCTS (badly needed that) . NONE OF THESE GUYS CHARGED ME A DIME.
WHEN I GET THE BILL, I WON'T LOVE IT, BUT AT LEASE I FEEL
THESE GUYS DID A GOOD JOB AND DESERVE WHATEVER SHARE THEY GET!

Comments: One of your HVAC service men was called on June 15 to give my 93 year old mom a quote to how much it would cost to fix her AC which had stopped completelyThe serviceman told her that it was not fixable and that it would be $9,000 for a new heat pump AC. She then called a reputable HVAC repair company and they fixed it for $368! Just an FYI!

Comments: I'm not going to take the time to talk about the service I received; the only thing I will say is, I was not satisfied with the way I was treated; the tech tried to talk me into something which I did not agree with and tried to put me down; granted, I am an elderly person but I am still intelligent enough to know when someone is trying to take advantage of me. Well, guess what? I ddn't fall for it and I would never recommend this company to anybody. They don't give you anything in writing as to the outcome of the service but yet have you sign off on it (electronically), thereby not giving the customer any proof of anything that was done and furthermore, the problem was not taken care of.....the a/c unit still doesn't work. They tried to talk me into purchasing a new unit for $12,000 (that's outrageous)!! The tech was very rude to me which I definitely did not appreciate; so, as I stated earlier, I would not recommend your company to anybody; I would appreciate it if you will not try to contact me again. Comments: So we had them come out in April and the guy that came out. Check the motor did not tell me There was Mold all in the unit. He installed a compassionate and I asked for receipt something to show how much I paid and what was done I was told we don't do that. Take a picture of my truck Our name and phone numbers on there. That was my proof so our ac went out On Sunday 6th. On Monday we called and we had Rob come out, look at it and said that the motor inside was no good. He ask me if we had been getting sick coughing sneezing a lot and I said yes he goes Well, this is why cause this is all covered in Mold which is going throughout the house and I said well back in April when one of your guys came out here. He did not tell us this. He said while he was just trying to hurry up, put the compassador in and leave. Wow, really taking care of your customers there also I told him about the guy not giving me a receipt he goes to I am a supervisor I will make sure to take care of that. So Then he tells us Because the ac is old, a lot of parts are going out, it would be better To get a new one. We were told that they had this company called pace. That could maybe help us get approved and have it added on to our mortgage after 1 year. So he calls the people my daughter and I are with him. The phone is put on speaker so that we can all hear. So after a little bit, the guy comes back And says that my daughter is approved for 27, 000 And that the monthly bill would be a 142 150. That would be added on to our mortgage. We said Hey, thats good we could do I that. And we asked if we could get a split unit in the garage. That was a proof we asked for an 18000 Btu because of the size of the garage, but then we were told no 12000 big enough. We said no, it's not. Well, they put for the 12,000 so they didn't listen to what we were asking for. Everything was installed on wednesday Inside the house. The air conditioner works great inside the house. That split unit is not big enough. I'm glad that my son knows this kind of stuff, he Check through the courthouse about permits. There was no permits pulled to have this AC installed. So when I ask for paperwork That shows that we bought it and And to show warranty why we didn't get none of thand why because They did not pull permits. And also when they put the split unit in and put the breaker in the breaker box It was not labeled which is a violation. My son knows about this stuff because he used to be a safety inspector. And after this job was done a gentleman came back in the house to get back on the phone with pace with my daughter to show that the job had been done. At this time, they perceived to tell my daughter that the payments that should have been a 140 to a 150 is now 300 something. So my daughter had call them back the next day. Thursday to say no, this is incorrect. It was supposed to be a 140 to a 150. You can listen to the phone call messages. They called her back No, there is nothing to mention of this on any phone. The supervisor was here and heard it. Hey, laugh, read text message stating. Yes, he heard them say honor for the a $150. But has anybody taken the time to get back in? Touch with pace and say that they are wrong and get this straightened out. No, there's still one that's paid over three hundred dollars to add to our mortgage, which is not right. So I have been calling since last Thursday. 3 or 4 times a day, trying to get an upper management. To talk to me, no one has called me back to this day, and this is Friday Eight days later. No one is trying to make us happy and get this all straightened out now I told them where to mouth can bring in business or can hurt your business. I would not recommend them because they don't put what you want in and you've got to pay for and pay double amount that you were told. And then my son puts in a review about this. And they tell him to respond so this could be straightened out. I respond and nobody got back in touch with me. This is not the way you do business, you are people happy you're giving what I ask for you. Pull the permits you do your job the right way. You give them the paperwork showing what you did and to show the warranty that's supposed to be, and if it's something wrong, you get back in touch and help make matters right. No, my son hadn't checked on things we would have been screwed. Cause it was still showing the old ac unit. And if we wanted to sell this House somewhere down the line we would have to make your problems. This has been very stressful on all of us and very aggravating. So would I recommend this company? No. We did not do everything we wanted. And we're being ripped off and could have had a whole lot of problems If my son hadn't noticed things about permit.Ocala FL
