Comments: My experience with this company was outstanding. I needed another opinion (the 4th) as three other quotes were so very high. I had a small leak of the valve in the wall behind the refrigerator for the ice maker. I found Air Pro Masters. Mark, our plumber took a look behind the refrigerator and didsomething no one else did. He turned the valve to see if it was fully closed. Guess what? It was not and after drying the valve off it did not “leak” any more. We scheduled him to come back out in a couple of days and help with a blockage in the line near a toilet. Originally, he was going to use a camera in the line but when we talked about where he felt the blockage was, he agreed to use an auger and snake it. He called the office and changed the order. They were accommodating. He was correct. The blockage in the line was relatively close to the toilet and it worked. This family owned business is very good and Christina in the office is very helpful, too. I recommend them highly. They do not seem to be out there to charge the most they could. I would use them again. Mark was polite, professional and prompt. By the way, Mark bothered to pull out the refrigerator again and checked on that valve. Still dry! Five Stars!

Comments: I am a Construction Engineer on multi-million dollar industrial projects. When I needed to have our 4T a/c replaced, I did what I always do, and researched companies and prices. Tony from Air Pro gave me an "all-in" price for various options, explaining each. The Technicians were excellent. They showed up the day after I placed the order-as promised when I made the order. They took great care inside the house while changing out the "A" coil in the attic. They needed to also change out the pad mounted compressor coil outside, and when the crane didn't show up on time and it set back their schedule - the tech said, "We're not leaving until its finished." Comments: Super fast response. They only charged me $39 to “tune-up” my system because I just purchased my home at the end of August 2020. That being said, I felt like the tech was pushing for me to replace the system because “it is the original and not very efficient” and he said I needed to replace all the duct work. Sure, I have $8-10K just sitting around. If it ain’t broke why fix it? I mentioned that I have a home warranty that will take care of it when it does break. His response was “they only (meaning the warranty co) repair they never replace”. Seriously! He does not know my policy and he is mistaken. Anyway, he told me if I’m just going to do bandaids then my ducts need to be sealed and then cleaned for about $600. I believe I’ll shop around more and utilize the referral number for my home warranty. By the way, people who have worked hard and purchased a home to retire in don’t take too kindly to basically being told their system is crap. Thanks.Henderson NV

Comments: Technician came out and assessed the problem, quoted me $560 for a fan motor. The $50 inspection fee would be included if I went through with the repairs, which I agreed to. Repairs were quick, only taking 30min. After the fact, I checked online and found similar repairs to be $300-600, so the $560 I paid was on the high end of normal. I don't feel the technician fleeced me, just that the cost was the company's rate. Plus given the relatively quick repair, the extra cost could be attributed to convenience. I'm satisfied it's fixed, but I would have wanted to have the company carry the financing and make payments, but apparently $560 is a low cost job and only offer a payment plan for higher costing repairs...Henderson NV
