Comments: We waited for another company to come and fix our AC, but they never communicated with us on any updates for a back ordered part. AirGirl reached out to us, came over, gave us a free estimate, provided us with freon to cool off the house for free , and came out on a Sunday to do the repairs. Comments: My AC had some issues and I reached out to several small repair/installation businesses and all were talking about replacing my AC unit without even seeing. Trace called me and showed up to look at the unit (no service fee) and found a very minor issue that he felt it wasn’t worth the charge. The point is he came across as very honest and not somebody wanted to take advantage. Thanks Trace! We need more of you.

Comments: Trace came on a very rainy day to check on my AC. The rain did not stop him from going in back yard and doing a thorough diagnosis, and also he check the furnace in the attic and thermostat. He was very professional and resolved the problem efficiently. Most of all he was a very friendly and easy to talk to kind of guy. My AC is fixed. He detected few issues with heater which he will get the part for and come back to install. I feel like a found the AC company that I will be dealing with from now on. Give this guy a call for any if you have any AC issues and you won't be disappointed.

Not only were the guys knowledgeable in their field, but they made sure the customer was informed about the process and pricing as the project continued. Comments: I called on a Sunday afternoon at 12pm to get my ac serviced (it was not turning on) Trace came out he told me he would be 1 hour and sure enough he showed up on time. Had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. Total cost for labor and parts was $289 flat for the AC condenser to be changed out. Came with a 1 year warranty as well! I will recommend him to all friends and family members from here on out! I called probably 10-15 companies before coming across his business on google and every one wanted $100-$150 just to come out and look at it. So $289 on a Sunday for parts and labor this man deserves 10 stars not 5, thanks again Trace!!!

Then when I was finished they said they were booked and could take me Min on Tuesday. Then at 4:00pm Friday Trace called me and said he’d be there in 20 minutes my house was 90 degrees it was major work but he had his team there in 2 hrs they did their job and were finished and out of the house a little after 10:30 and it’s working great today

I took at least 7 estimates, that included extensive questioning. Very reasonably priced. Most complete bid. No hidden costs. Even though system required upgrade of the coils from 4 to 5 ton x2(I have 2 units 1 upstairs and 1 for downstairs)."Crew was quick quiet courteous focused and also professional. Impressive. One of the best experiences I’ve had with any contractor. They Must know what they’re doing as no yelling or swearing .

Comments: AMAZING!! I called them panicking after ARS came out for a supposed "tune up" for a functioning A/C and left it not working for two days in the Houston heat. They answered the phone on the first ring and were at my home in an hour. Turns out ARS had turned off our A/C in an attempt to force us to buy a new unit. I am so grateful for AirGirl's honesty and quick resolution of our issue. 11/10. Highly recommend!!!
