Comments: I posted that I had problems with the service performed by the subcontractor. The contractor called me as a follow up to the review. He was polite and explained that the subcontractor misrepresented and he has fired him. The contractor offered to send me a check for the amount I was overcharged. Work Description: Replace or repair faucet in attached garage. The said faucet was leaking from the stem. Steve first indicated he would help me over the phone, then after I started describing the problem and availability of parts, he indicated he was coming to my home.

Comments: Although this can be an easy DIY, we felt better knowing that Steve was here. We did some of the prep work.
