Overall

Work Description: Mr. Walton/ARRS was initially contracted in July (first payment drawn on July 26th) for repair of an exterior entryway and installation of an ADA compliant ramp for a disabled sr. citizen on site. Mr. Walton/ARRS was made aware of and agreed to a completion date of September 30th. Initial contract was to be amended following investigation into the structure of repaired zone - this took several weeks. When received, the contract was incorrect - Mr. Walton could not even be bothered to get my name correct. The job was not completed on September 30th and no ramp was delivered. Mr. Walton requested an extension to complete the tile work and was given till close of business the following Friday. As of this post, the job is still incomplete and he is requesting final disbursement of funds. Claim has been filed with the BBB.
