Comments: Jose called me within 10 minutes of submitting my sod installation request. He came the next morning for my estimate. It was a small job just around our electrical box. We have community landscaping, but they never got around to it after repeated asking. I was splitting the cost with my neighbor who shares the common area. We hired Jose on the spot. He went to get the dirt, sod, tools and rounded up his team. Sod was in and sprinkler on by mid-afternoon. Awesome job Jose & team! Thank you, Sharon & Betsy

Jose and his crew were very quick to do their job, however, worked very professionally and even were interrupted several times by my dogs and graciously “ran after them” to get them back home. Completely made a “tremendous” transformation to my entire back yard in one day. Used great materials. Also built new back doorsteps, using long lasting materials. ALL at a very affordable and fair price. I highly recommend Affordable Landscaping.

Comments: Jose did not give me the sprinkler he said he was giving me so that I could water the new sod, so some of the edges by the mailbox and street were turning yellow. I was going to ask him for it on the Friday when he came back, but he didn't show, so I had to order my own sprinkler. Hopefully those edges will come back now that I'm hand watering.

Agreed to meet at our house. We just bought this house and the yard had been neglected. Jose made suggestions, gave us an estimate and only a couple of days went by before he had a crew working on what we agreed on. Jose was pleasant to work with. He did everything he promised he would do. And at a fair price.

Comments: We had a french drain installed due to water in our crawl space. Affordable Landscaping were no frills, with no written estimate, but he was available and the quote was reasonable. The work was done manually by a crew of 6 and it was very cold outside. I was out so I didn't really get to see any of the work before it was covered up. I never witnessed the results because they covered it up with sand before I could see it. Time will tell if the french drain actually took care of the problem.
