It was last in the evening and Tony told me he could come out then or first thing in the morning. Tony showed up on time and had my furnace up and running quietly in 45 minutes. Comments: Affordable Heating & Air (AH&A) did what some other contractors said "just couldn't be done". I had gotten several other quotes, some were as much as twice the cost of AH&A. They were Prompt, Friendly, Courteous and Professional. Our new equipment is quiet, very efficient and no longer in my kitchen. AH&A will definitely get my repeat business. Comments: Got multiple quotes for a new system. Chris called me back first and offered the lowest price. Other companies tried to lower their initial offers after they heard he came in less a 1000.00-1,500 than they did which made me feel like they were trying to rip me off. Chris had a new system installed within 24 hrs as we were on a time crunch trying to get house on market. We had to call him back 3 months later to take care of minor issues.. Work Description: We just sold the property and the home inspection stated the heat coil needed to be cleaned and a duct was loose from the run in the attic.
Comments: Chris called me literally within seconds of my posting for quotes. He gave me an estimate idea over the phone, came out the next day made those repairs plus put in a new overflow tube and cleaned the outside compressor all for the price he initially quoted. He was very professional. We will definitely use his company and services again.
