Comments: After living in our house a year, we realized that the roof was not going to make it another winter without repairs or replacement. In our disappointment we began making calls and searching the internet only to be hit with sticker shock. As we looked over the quotes, we made a call to Affordable Construction hoping something might be doable.When Nick made us a quote for the same materials and offered the guarantees that others had, we had to think twice wondering, is he for real? Well he is.
Today we have a new roof on the house. And we didn't have to take out a second mortgage to do it.
The work was done fast. The crew of Affordable arrived in the morning and were gone before I returned home that night. I walked around with a flashlight just to see if it was possible. Everything was cleaned up so well you could not even tell they had been working on a windy fall day. It was done.
When I looked at the roof the next day, all I could say was thank God we waited and found Nick and Affordable Construction.

The bulk of the work was done in one day, even though they had extra work when they removed the old garage roof and found rotted wood. One man came the next day to finish up. Affordable Construction gave me a good price and was able to schedule the project around my schedule. I have a large roof but the team was able to to take off the old roof and install the new roof within a day.
