Work Description: I hired him to repaint my stained concrete slab. He failed to tell me I would be working with a subcontractor (a less than professional day laborer). It has been three weeks and the project that was supposed to take 2 days is still not done. The craftsmanship is unsatisfactory. The resurfacing was textured but not done with a long trowel or broom. Instead it was done with a hand trowel. Nothing was laid down to cover and protect my property from stain splatter. And the concrete step was installed without enough allowance for the bottom of my door (threshold), resulting in problems installing my new back door.

Comments: I elected to use Affordable Concrete Specialists, owned by Larry White, for my concrete job.All 4 contractors got back with me. Mr White was the most expedient, courteous, professional and thorough with the work I wanted done. Despite the City of Austin adding extra sidewalk and driveway work, and permit delays, Mr. White stayed on coarse. Mr. White was easy to work with and kept me updated on the process. Mr White went above and beyond with this project and thoroughly cleaned up the work site when complete.The concrete job turned out better than I expected and did not increase in price.I would highly recommend using Affordable Concrete Specialists and will use them for future concrete work.
