Comments: Do not hire this company. They signed a contract with us back in March.
They were issued a check for 50% down amounting to $40,899. This has been cashed by Rory. Roll on October and we have no plans, permits or response to numerous emails, phone calls to Rory and the company.
Rory will no respond to our Lawyer so we have no other option to take them to Civil Court.
If you want to avoid this from occurring to you stay as far away from them as possible. Continue to check the reviews and you will see a pattern to their dishonesty.

Comments: We had Andrew and Shay work on our roof and they did a fantastic job. The manager Rory was pleasant and explained things very well.We talked to him on Saturday and we got the repairs done on Wednesday as he had promised.
We also appreciated that they left the area clean.Their office communicates very well.

Work Description: replaced planks on front and back decks. replaced rails. used some material from our old deck, ran out of material so left caps off railings, each section of railings had different number of boards between rails. deck boards are different colors and full of knot holes. they used inferior wood and the railings are not cedar. they didn't put railings on front or back steps. back deck they cut several deck planks too short so they cut small pieces out of old wood and nailed them onto the new planks. decking foundation on back deck was dry rot and they said they didn't need to replace the whole thing so they replaced a few boards instead of the whole thing. front deck the didn't replace anything. They patched in a piece of the 2x6x14 with an old piece of wood from our old deck. when they took the old planks from the front deck they chipped the siding on the bottom of the house and said they would put sheet medal to cover it up and didn't.

Comments: I would never hire this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Their salesman was a scammer and they weren't honest at all. They were suppose to show us they were insured and bonded and they never did. I asked for material invoice and never saw it. I asked for breakdown of all expenses and never got it. asked for copy of 10 year warranty they said they guranted, never saw it. That's all they were interested in was the cash down payment because they had bills to pay. The salesmen said they did not offload the work and everyone that worked for their company was a professional. None of that statement was true. The men they sent out were not professionals. they seemed like they weren't sure how to do anything except put down the planks and then they used them all so they used other ones that weren't the same as what they laid on the first half of the front deck. the decks are such a mess I am so disappointed.

Work Description: Replace, repair fascias

Comments: I first spoke with Jerry, who was very nice, told me they were a family owned business and took pride in their work. Rory came out and gave me a bid. I hired them. The first crew who came out said they couldn't do the job for the contracted price. He wanted to charge me 3 times the amount. After going back and forth with this man, i called Rory and said I wanted this man off my property. The man knocked on my door and wanted to confirm I had called Rory. He then gave me his personal business card and said he could do the work for less. I called both Rory and Jerry and let them know what this man had said. The next crew canceled the first time they were to come out, saying they had an emergency project because of the rain. After they finished the project, we had a downpour. The rain was coming off the roof in sheets in 3 places. I called and the crew was back out to fix what they had already fixed. I was not home when these repairs were done. When I got home I immediately noticed the flashing was bent in a large (4 ft. section), a fascia board had a long (10") crack that was not sealed, a partially replace fascia board was curved to make it fit, another partial replacement fascia board had been "putty" to make it fit. I immediately called Rory and said he needed to come look at this. He came out 2 days later. He expressed disappointment in what he saw, and even saw more dents, bends in the flashing, and acknowledged all three fascia boards would be replaced. He said the crew would be out to replace all 3 facial boards and install a completely new strip of flashing. The install date came and went. The crew called me the next day and said they had fixed it the best they could and wanted to know what else needed to be done. I explained what I had seen and what Rory had said would be replaced.
I told them to contact Rory. I have called Rory 3 times, each time leaving a message. I have not heard back from him. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
