Work Description: Rebuild and paint two octagonal attic vents.
Removed rotten siding and framing boards from bay window to get to the cause of the rotting. Remedied the cause and rebuilt with all new cedar and siding. Caulked and solid-stained whole area.

Comments: Agron is a very thorough and meticulous craftsman. He called me back the day that I put in my request on-line. He came and looked at what had to be done, and was here the next two days to complete the job. He was up front with the cost. We did it time-and-materials because I wanted the best job possible. He certainly delivered! I will certainly call him again and recommend him highly.
