Comments: T&S paving is bunch of scammers. The owner, Tony is rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly raised his voice while talking to me and I was concerned about quality. I was caught by reviews on Facebook, majority of them are fake. All known signs of fake are there – the same wording, no details, generalized. Reviewers are located far away from NJ or no location at all, no friends, no any info, all is there are the reviews for different companies. They make money to write reviews. Also, under female name I saw a male photo and no any other info. Reviews on other sites are completely different.
So, T&S paving is a complete FRAUD!. Look up reviews on yelp.com. They did multiple jobs at my property end of last year, all done unprofessionally with poor quality, including new driveway - not proper grading (water is accumulating in one place as before) although we have discussed it multiple times prior to contracting. The owner does not care about the quality, rarely shows up at site, all he cares is to take your money. The contracting cost was already high, especially for the low quality it was done, but he kept adding more changes. He did not finish all jobs and disappeared. They left mess on the street. Multiple calls, texts and no answers and no call back. Contacted other team members - the same - complete ignorance. They are all fraud. He will give you a warranty on driveway but if anything wrong you will never get hold of him.
JUST BEWARE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT HIRE THEM. There are so many companies you can choose from that are honest and professional.

Comments: I contracted T&S to seal my driveway and apply hot crack patches on all cracks along the driveway. Tony originally quoted me $2200 to do the job. I told him that I didn't want to see a single crack when he was done. He said not a problem. One the job was done he charged me $300 more than quoted. I was annoyed but paid it. Then I noticed a bunch of cracks that we still there. I pointed it out to Tony and explained that once snow comes and melts then freezes in these exposed cracks the same issue will occur again. He agreed and said he would take care of it. This was in early October 2023, till today (11/15/23) Tony has not done the right thing. Tony keeps ignoring my phone calls and voice messages, I try texting him and randomly he will respond with, call me Monday, or I have a family emergency or I'll call you later, but never responds or schedules to do the right thing. I even sent him the pictures of all the cracks to see if he saw how bad it was hoping he would then do the right thing. I cannot recommend a contract like this. He was good to take the money and promise to do a good job, but after he received the money, Tony is not be honorable. Very poor customer service. I will see if I can post the pictures so everyone can see. What you can expect after T&S Paving completes a job. DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS.

Comments: The worst company you can hire to have work done on your property. The lack of communication is beyond anything else. Tony is not a good person to deal with. He did a horrible job on my backyard. He has stated time and time again that he would reimburse me my money back for the job not being done right and has yet to return me my money. He is not answering my calls or text messages. I have been dealing with is issue for 4 months now. Do not hire this company. I will be taking him to court as I now have to hire another company to remove the horrible work done and redo the entire backyard again.

Comments: Hiring T&S Paving to pave our driveway was a miserable experience.

I should have known that we were in trouble when Tony dropped off equipment even before we had any written documentation from them. I had to hound him to get a written quote.

We asked for a clean edge to the driveway and what we got was a sloppy mess.

The worst part is that there was a soft spot in the driveway the day they finished it. Mack, the owner was on the job and knew about it. When Tony the son came back to look at it, he said his father mentioned there was a soft spot. So in a nutshell, he admitted to us they knew they did a shoddy job.

The absolute worst part is that we had to chase them for 2 months and threaten them with legal action to get them to come back and fix it.

If other problems arise, we won’t call them back. We will hire professionals and pursue them in court.

It was the worst experience and we regret hiring T&S Paving.

They also use different names to attempt to run from the negative reviews. It seems like they go by the name Action Paving or Triple A Paving. Action Paving has the same exact address as T&S Paving. The BBB gives Action Paving a score of F, has an alert on this business for not getting the proper licenses and they have 5 complaints. Be sure to search on their address since they are trying to dodge all the negative reviews.
