Work Description: Paint ceiling, except closets, paint baseboards I. The entire house. Paint all doors and triming

Comments: Don’t use this company they are rip off. Fail to paint the baseboards in the bathroom and the ceiling. Different person every day and did not speak English. Did not do all the baseboards in utility room and one bedroom. No supervision.
I was the project manager on this job. I communicated multiple times a day with the crew leader. Everything was completed and approved by the customer. She told me that the crew did a great job. If fact after we finished she booked two additional jobs. All the guys on her crew spoke English. It was the same crew. I asked her to walk the project with me after she believed the bathroom ceiling and baseboard wasn't painting to her satisfaction with no response. I contacted her multiple times to fix whatever she was unhappy with and she did not respond. I can't make her happy if she doesn't answer my calls and texts.
