Comments: Had a great experience with my fireplace inspection and cleaning! Was able to have a tech come out next day. I have never owned a fireplace so I had questions and Eli the technician was able to educate me on some important things to note while pointing out issues that my inspector never found. I was grateful to be informed before trying to light a fire. I will definitely use them again!! Pricing was reasonable. Comments: I hired him based on the $129 evaluation fee. Once he came to look at it, stated it basically needed cleaning to get back to safe working condition. I asked him how much did the total bill. He stated $475. Once he was done (approx 1 hr)., I was going to pay him and he wanted to email invoice and pay via Zelle. I said ok. He invoiced me $650. He didn’t include the $129 fee when I asked him total bill prior to repair. Most companies apply this to your total if you choose to repair it. I texted him afterwards to inquire with no response. He also charged $40 in tax. My bill for cleaning was about $650. Will not use again based on this. He did fine on the actual clean out portion.Dallas TX
