Comments: My wife and I just bought a house built in 1985 in Port Orange Florida. We are elderly and knew that even with property Inspection my issues would pop up and guess what they did. We have limited funds and can’t do the work ourselves. Kathy found a carpenter that we met with. Robert Hall, a marine veteran who served 8 years as a combat Engineer impressed us not just with his knowledge but knew he could help us He propose a design fix for our molding change to correct the previous owners “I did it myself” upgrade. He also recommended changing “popcorn ceiling “ fiasco, correcting the Kitchen lighting problem, and making us aware of our pool decking problem. He fixed it for a very reasonable fee. Rob Hall is a smart, patriotic and hard worker. Your problem is his problem. Your budget is what he works with. Homeowners have many problems they can’t fix. Rob is like an uncle who is available and wants to help you resolve problems from foundation to electrical issues. He’s personable and honest. Get his advice like you would from an “uncle”! It was very in expensive compared to everyone else prices. I love it my kids love it. It's amazing. Also had them do my bathtub which was cracking and falling apart.
